The ideal glass for tasting and savoring the delicate flavors of this traditional Japanese Sake has been achieved.
It is created in collaboration with GLASSBACCA, a company specializing in glassware development, and the National Institute of Brewing, the only public research institute for alcoholic beverages under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan.
The glass is designed to establish a standard by ensuring consistency and conviction in the Sake. In doing so, we aim to support the global recognition and expansion of Japanese sake.
