Combining graphic precision with timeless Liberty heritage, Ruth Marina is a beautifully balanced floral inspired by the finely outlined, hand-painted motifs found in traditional Persian designs. Its flowers were drawn from a collection of artwork fragments discovered in a Liberty archival pattern book dating from the mid-19th century.

Each distinctive bloom sits within an intricate multidirectional composition, allowing the flowers to flow effortlessly across the fabric. Detailed yet wonderfully versatile, Ruth Marina brings together the charm of an archival floral with a crisp, graphic quality that feels fresh and contemporary.

Ruth Marina forms part of Gallery Garden, the second chapter of the Autumn/Winter 2026 collection, exploring the history of gardens and the art they have inspired through the ages, from Egyptian and Roman influences to Persian miniature gardens and Japanese Zen landscapes.
